This tool prevents fraying and untidy edges by heat sealing the canvas edge using heat to melt the canvas. The perfect tool for cutting nylon, dacron, acrylic fabrics and webbing. The three piece design is a money saving alternative to other knives being used. When the element burns out or the blade is used up you can purchase replacement parts and not have to discard the complete tool.
